Tata Gravitas SUV Set To Launch in Early 2021

Tata Motors is getting ready to introduce a seven-seat version of the company’s current, very popular, Harrier SUV as Gravitas in the Indian market. The almost manufactured (near-production) model of the Gravitas at the latest Auto Expo.

The Gravitas is planned to be launched in India in early 2021. The upcoming long SUV was seen in an undisguised form on the roads as it was being tested.

Features of Tata Gravitas

The Gravitas (seven-seat model) is majorly based on the six-seat Tata Harrier SUV, the current model in the Indian market. Even though the upcoming SUV sources most of the features from its predecessor, it has a striking difference at the rear-end which includes a new bumper, distinct reflectors, etc.

Apart from that, the Gravitas features dual exhaust tips on both sides, which makes the rear-end of the SUV look sporty. Additionally, to create extra space for the last row occupants, the black window is kept upright whereas the Harrier SUV is equipped with a jaunty glass.

Both, the Harrier & the Gravitas, appear to be the same on the front side. However, the profile of the SUVs are distinct from each other owing to the longer length of the Gravitas. But, the wheelbase of the upcoming SUV is kept the same as the Harrier.

And to create enough headroom space for the last-row occupants, the roofline is kept quite straight on the Tata Gravitas.
