Tata Motors has launched the Tiago XZ+ variant in India, with prices starting at INR 5.57 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The XZ+ petrol variant has been launched at INR 5.57 lakh while the XZ+ petrol dual tone variant has been priced at INR 5.64 lakh. The diesel counterparts of the Tiago XZ+ and XZ+ dual tone have been introduced at INR 6.31 lakh and INR 6.38 lakh respectively.
To differentiate the Tata Tiago XZ+ from the other variants, the model features projector headlamps with smoked out bezels, electrically folding ORVM’s with welcome function, chrome accent on the tail-gate, body side moulding and 15-inch alloy wheels for the petrol variant (as seen on the Tigor petrol variant). Customers can also opt for a dual tone exterior option where the roof and spoiler are finished in a shade of gloss black.
Inside, the new Tata Tiago XZ+ trim comes equipped with a Harman sourced 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Voice Command and automatic climate control with digital controls. Additionally, the Tiago XZ+ will be available with two new colour options including Canyon Orange and Ocean Blue.
Engine specifications remain unchanged and hence the Tata Tiago XZ+ variant will continue to source power from the same 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine and the 1.05-litre Revotorq diesel engine. Both the engines come mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
