Tata Motors India has again reduced the price of the subscription of its Nexon EV compact SUV in the Indian markets for a limited time. The customers can now subscribe to the Nexon EV at a starting price of Rs 29,500/month. This is the second reduction in price since its launch in January 2020.
The previous reduction in subscription prices of the Nexon EV was done in September 2020. That reduction took the subscription prices from Rs 41,500 to Rs 34,900. These prices helped the customers to book the Nexon EV subscriptions at a discounted price for a 36-month period in the Delhi-NCR region.
Tata Motors Subscription Prices Different Across Cities
The company has confirmed that the subscription prices for the Nexon EV SUV are going to be different for different cities. Other than Delhi and NCR regions, the other cities include Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. Customers can avail the discounted subscription to the Tata Nexon EV for a 12, 24 or 36-month period.
The customers in Bengaluru and Hyderabad can subscribe to the Nexon EV compact-SUV at Rs 34,700/month for a 36-month duration. Similarly, for customers in Mumbai and Pune, the 36-month period subscription plan can be availed at a discounted price of Rs 31,400/month.
12- and 24-month Period
For customers in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, who want to subscribe to the Nexon EV for either a 12 or 24-month period, will be paying a discounted price of Rs 37,200 and Rs 40,400/month, respectively.
On the other hand, for customers in Mumbai and Pune, the subscription prices will be Rs 36,700/month and Rs 33,700/month for the 12-month and 24-month period.
Customers wouldn’t need to pay any initial down payment to subscribe to the Nexon EV compact-SUV. And the monthly subscription fees paid by the customers will help cover road tax, free maintenance, 24/7 roadside assistance, and door-step delivery.
About Tata Nexon EV Compact-SUV
The Tata Nexon EV debuted in the Indian market in January 2020. This SUV is the first fully-electric product by Tata Motors and comes powered with the company’s Ziptron powertrain.
The powertrain power source is a 30.2kWh lithium-ion battery pack which is paired with an electric motor. The electric motor produces a maximum power of 127bhp and a peak torque of 245Nm.
The e-SUV is ARAI certified to have a range of 312 km on a single charge. However, in real-life cases, we can expect the eSUV to have a 275km range on a single, full charge.
